Who we are
We are a young e-commerce company from Eching near Munich that develops smart and modern in-car entertainment solutions. Our mission: to transform car journeys - whether alone, with friends or family.
The idea for DriveFlix® began with a simple everyday situation: the founders Kay and Niko both worked in field service and spent a lot of time in the car. Long journeys and breaks were boring, and live broadcasts were often only available on small cell phone screens. That was the starting signal for an idea: to bring modern entertainment into the car.
The first prototype was created
The first prototype of DriveFlix® was created. It was the decisive step in bringing our vision of a user-friendly and reliable system to life. This prototype laid the foundation for further development and marked the beginning of our exciting journey.
Launch of the first version
The launch of the first version of DriveFlix was a milestone. With innovative functions and a clear focus on user-friendliness, we presented our product to the world for the first time and laid the foundation for our success.
DriveFlix® 1.0
DriveFlix® 1.0 was released, bringing our vision to the road for the first time. This first version combined intuitive operation with state-of-the-art technology and set new standards for connected entertainment on the road.
The improved version DriveFlix® 2.0
With DriveFlix® 2.0, we have taken our system to a new level. Improved performance, additional functions and an optimized design ensured an even better experience for our users and strengthened our position as an innovator in the industry.
Introduction of the DriveLink
With the introduction of DriveLink, DriveFlix® has become even more versatile. This add-on module enables a seamless connection between devices and extends the functionality to offer our users even more flexibility and convenience.
Market launch of the DriveFlix® Hub
The launch of the DriveFlix® Hub revolutionized our offering. As a central interface, the hub connects all DriveFlix devices and creates a fully integrated experience for our customers, whether on the road or at home.
DriveFlix® BMW came onto the market
DriveFlix® BMW was developed specifically for BMW vehicles and brought our system directly into the premium class. With customized integration and exclusive features, it offers BMW drivers an unparalleled multimedia experience.
Our ideas and quality standards are formed in Eching near Munich, our hardware is manufactured in China, our software is developed in the Netherlands, and our team in Germany takes care of perfect implementation and the best customer service.
